Many designs feature delicate ceramics, vibrant glass, Japanese seed beads, and ocean-inspired shells – each adding texture, colour, and a unique story. And of course, we love pearls. Our pieces include both natural and imitation pearls for a perfect mix of timeless elegance and playful charm.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend treating it with care. Avoid exposing it to water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals, as these can cause tarnishing or damage over time. When not wearing your pieces, store them in a soft pouch or a jewellery box to protect them from scratches and moisture.

For cleaning, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaners, especially on pieces with natural stones, pearls, or delicate finishes. With a little love and attention, your jewellery will remain beautiful for years to come.

All jewellery pieces are carefully packaged in a signature Wisp box along with a jewellery pouch, perfect for keeping your items safe and well stored. A polishing cloth for caring for your jewellery will also be included inside the box. For added protection during transit, the box is then placed inside a sturdy cardboard box and an eco-friendly mailing bag, ensuring your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.

At present, we offer delivery within the UK only. Orders are typically dispatched on the same day or the following day via Evri or Yodel, with delivery taking approximately 2 to 4 business days. Shipping is charged at £3.99. However, for orders over £60, delivery is free of charge.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
