What materials do you use?
At Wisp, we carefully pick materials that look beautiful and last. You’ll find natural stones, jewellery-grade glass, stainless steel, and premium brass/copper plated in gold or rhodium — always free from nickel, cadmium and other nasties. We also love mixing in ceramics, seed beads, ocean-inspired shells, and of course, pearls (both natural and imitation). It means every piece has its own mix of sparkle, colour, and character.
Please note: A faint grey mark may occasionally appear on the ear when wearing copper/brass-based earrings. This is a completely natural and harmless reaction between copper and the skin’s natural oils or moisture, and it can be easily wiped off.
Can I customise a piece of jewellery?
Yes! We love it when you make a piece your own. If you’d like to tweak one of our designs — swap a charm, change a colour, or add a personal touch — just drop us a message. We’ll do our best to bring your idea to life so it feels uniquely yours.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your Wisp jewellery looking its best, just show it a little love:
- Avoid water, perfume, lotions or harsh chemicals — they can dull the shine over time.
- When you’re not wearing your pieces, store them safely in the soft pouch or box we send with your order. This helps protect them from scratches and moisture.
- To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Skip the strong cleaners — especially on pearls, natural stones, or delicate finishes.
With a bit of care, your jewellery will stay beautiful and ready to wear for years.
How will my jewellery be packaged?
Every Wisp piece comes in our signature jewellery box, with a soft pouch to keep it safe and a polishing cloth so it always stays shiny.
For the journey to you, we place the box inside a sturdy cardboard package and an eco-friendly mailing bag — so your jewellery arrives safe, sound, and ready to wear (or gift).
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Wisp jewellery, but if it’s not quite right you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original packaging
- with proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
