Our pieces are made in small batches, and many are finished to order. Processing usually takes 2–3 days, with dispatch following shortly after.

If your piece requires extra work or a more detailed custom finish, it may take 2–5 days before dispatch.

All orders are shipped with trusted UK carriers — Yodel via InPost, Evri, or Royal Mail.

UK Delivery: Shipping within the UK is a flat rate of £2.99. For orders over £60, delivery is free. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. At checkout, you can choose home delivery or select from available parcel lockers.

EU Delivery: We now offer shipping to EU countries! Delivery to the EU is £10, and orders over £100 ship free. EU orders are shipped with Royal Mail or equivalent reliable international carrier. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.

Please note: For EU customers, all applicable import taxes (VAT) or duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are set and processed by your local customs office and postal service and are not included in your order total at checkout. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
